Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you only work with startups in Canada?

No — while I’m based in Toronto, I work with startups across Canada, the US, and Europe. Many of my clients are cross-border, so I’m comfortable navigating international sales challenges.

2. Can you help if we don’t have a sales team yet?

Absolutely. In fact, many founders work with me before hiring their first sales rep. I’ll help you refine your ICP, messaging, and sales process so you’re ready to scale when the time comes.

3. How soon will we see results?

It depends on your stage and goals. Many founders see quick wins (like stronger discovery calls or more conversions) within 30 days. Larger shifts, such as building a full repeatable process or scaling a team, typically take 60–90 days.

4. What industries do you specialize in?

I’ve worked with startups across all sectors — SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, consumer products, hardware, and more. The principles of effective sales apply across industries, and I tailor strategies to your unique context.

5. Do you offer custom packages?

Yes. In addition to standard consulting and workshop formats, I create custom packages for startups with specific needs (for example, fundraising support, international expansion, or rapid team ramp-ups). Just let me know what you’re looking for in our strategy call.

6. What if we’re very early stage and have a limited budget?

I understand early-stage constraints. That’s why I offer flexible options like one-off consulting sessions, starter consulting packages, and online courses. You’ll still get actionable guidance without overextending your runway.

7. Can you participate in meetings with investors or clients to help make our case?

Yes. Many founders ask me to review presentations for investors and clients—or even to participate in them—to clearly illustrate revenue trends and sales pitches. I can help highlight key metrics, processes, and the sales pipeline, which demonstrate growth potential to investors and support sales negotiations with clients.

8. Do you provide resources or templates we can reuse?

Yes. Every engagement includes tailored materials—playbooks, scripts, frameworks, or templates—that you can continue using long after our sessions. You keep the tools to make sales repeatable.

9. How do virtual workshops work?

The workshops are held live via Zoom or a platform of your choice. They are interactive and include exercises, role-playing, and a Q&A session. The sessions are recorded, and you will receive the presentation materials, guides, and a 30-day plan for your team to further their learning.

10. What makes your approach different from other consultants?

I bring more than 20 years of global sales experience to the table, combined with certified training in sales strategies and business psychology. This means that I don’t just develop strategies; above all, I focus on people, negotiation skills, and implementation. My philosophy is simple: I always put the customer at the center of all sales activities.
